The bank closed two branches and did alert their customers. Nthe problem is that the nearest branch that I could access requires 20 minutes (at best). To add insult to injury, when visiting one of the closed banks, the instructions told me to go to the new bank location. Went there and the new bank is not open until next week. The reason I was given by the representative is that they could not keep multiple locations open for a week or so overlap to ensure customers had access was because the cost of keeping the multiple.branches open would have come out of the same cost center. What a load of poor planning and nearsightedness regarding "saving money". Will be closing by business account with then next week.
