I like the prices and it's a cool store, but the workers are INCOMPETENT. If the long-haired manager doesn't know how to open a line when there's 8 people (with full carts) and one line open, then she doesn't need to be in charge. All those people in line and she says to the cashier, "You want to take your 15 minute break now?" ? Incompetence.

Some of the unfriendliest people working there I have ever seen. You can barely get them to speak when at the cash register much less thru out the store.I understand they are probably overworked but who isn't when they are working?What ever happened to plain old customer service? You make the job, the job doesn't make you.
