Staff very unfriendly, unwelcoming, and rude. Never felt this way in any of the dozens of other locations I’ve been to.

I purchased a belt actually I had purchased 3 of the same belt. The reason is I had lost a lot of weight they are reversible. The last one the buckle broke off just poor quality on this belt. Took at back to my local American Eagle store 《Dalton Mall Dalton Georgia》 the sales girl was very rude told me flat out there was nothing she could do! I ask her to look it up to see how long I have had it. She said why am I looking it up there is nothing I can do! Rude Rude!! Won't buy anything from them again!

If you encounter “Winter” you will never want to shop there again. This is ridiculous and so unprofessional I will never be back ever again. HE was so rude and disrespectful and does not deserve to be working in customer service at any company much less American eagle. I returned four pairs of jeans that were too big for me. One pair that did not have a tag on it because I put them on in the morning getting ready for work and by the time I finished putting my make up on they were stretched out and loose, I took them off and immediately ordered a smaller size online. When I went to return them, he picked them up and smelled them!!!! and said they smelled like laundry. Are you serious? Are you actually kidding me that someone would really do that they were never washed. I had them on for maybe 20 minutes. He would not return them and I was embarrassed and I will never go back!!! Never in my life have I had any associate sniff my return!!!!

Dear American Eagle in Dalton GA, I hate you. You only keep sizes 00 and 0 on the shelf which means I have to ask an associate to go to the back and get other sizes for me. Not only do I want to be left alone when I shop, you are also wasting my time as this takes longer. And I'd really rather not have to be embarrassed by my recent weight gain by having to go through a bunch of different sizes because I don't know what fits me anymore. Needless to say, I opted to walk out of the store the moment I realized all of this so at least I didn't go through all that.
