“Living here has been a great experience. The apartments are well kept and clean--management does an excellent job with pest control, something that I really value with apartment living. During our time living here, management is always doing things to improve living, such as repaving the parking lot or adding pet waste disposal areas. I also really appreciate that they use flex as an option to pay rent so we can split our monthly payments. Overall a great experience!”
“I’ve had an okay time living here for the past year. The apartments are older, so there are issues with them. They aren’t bad for a first apartment though. Good luck with parking though. There’s never enough spots, and I more often than not have to park in front of an entirely different building.”

It's a great place to live, located right next to some great food and shopping at the Mill. 5 stars for sure.it's a great place to live here.”

“Having seen this property years ago, the new management clearly has put time and effort into improvements that needed to be made. Since I chose to live at Legacy of Dalton about a year ago, Ms. Rachel and Ms. Roxanne have been expedient in resolving my domestic issues, as well as dealing with concerns about aggressively unruly tenants (trash dumping, theft, and other public concerns). I highly recommend living here if you like property managers who actually care about their tenants ?”

“The space is small but perfect for someone who doesn’t want or need a lot. Power, water, gym, and meeting space are included in the rent. There is complementary internet but it’s spotty at times and you’re welcome to get your own if it doesn’t meet your needs. It’s free so I can’t complain. The location is walking distance to downtown and the Walmart Neighborhood Market. I’ve been here for nearly two years and have had a quiet comfortable living experience.”
