I recently purchased a used car and took it to Arevalo’s Tires in Dalton just for an oil change, based on my son’s recommendation and the trust they’ve built over the years as a locally grown business. From the moment I walked in, the customer service team was attentive and welcoming, even while they were clearly busy. One of the mechanics took the time to bring me into the shop and explain several concerns with my vehicle, showing me firsthand how badly my air filter needed replacing and explaining the importance of the cabin filter since that’s the air I breathe. They also pointed out uneven tire wear and explained how my tires were unbalanced, recommending a few tire brands at fair, competitive prices without any pressure to buy. Although I didn’t replace the tires that day, their honesty, professionalism, and expertise earned my trust, and I’ll definitely be returning to have the work done and continue servicing my vehicle with them.

Had them put tires on my Jeep 2 weeks ago, had a blowout yesterday on the way home, could not get 1 lug nut off, broke the lug wrench in half, tried 2 different 1/2 impacts would not budge it, ended up having to get the jeep towed home and cut the lug nut and stud to get the wheel off. So now im out a tow, new stud and lug nut all because they cross threaded the lug nut and decided just to run it down with the impact. Will be my last time using them 👎👎👎👎

Just got my truck back from the shop after taking it to a local dealership service center that I actually bought my truck from, service center charged me $1800 for mostly things that I didn’t need for the problem I described and had so I picked it up brought it over to Arevalo’s and left there paying zero dollars with the issue fixed, if I would’ve just brought it to Arevalo shop in the first place I would’ve spent zero dollars but since I took it to the service center, I spent $200 for the diagnostic that didn’t even take maybe 30 minutes and all they did was charge me for extra things that I didn’t need, they tried to scam me. My guy William took very good care of me explained everything thoroughly and if you have any issues with your vehicle, talk to him without any worries of being scammed or lied to. You’re the man William! Thank you.

Bad experience they said they couldn’t do an alignment then charged me 50 and said I had bad parts which was not true 😠 went down the street to Helton and they did any amazing job and charged me 70!! They told me everything thing was good
