I took it to Carstar North and was so impressed by their kind and professional customer service and their work ethic. So when my new car was hit in a parking lot within a week of buying it, I knew Carstar was my “go to” place to have it repaired. This time, I took it to Carstar South (simply because that location is more convenient for me). From my first encounter with Jarvis, all the way through until I picked it up today, my experience was excellent. “I have visited three times for minor items. The store is clean and well organized. The (two) persons I worked with were both polite, helpful and knowledgeable. The store also offers free installation for certain items. Nothing wrong whatsoever, but one star missing because one item I had bought here I found later for less at the local dealership of my truck.Update, 5/2023: Their prices tend to be above average, but their service is way above average. They have yet to disappoint me, even though I visit rather regularly. Today, Marcus went above and beyond to help me. Excellent service can not come for free, therefore up to full 5 stars.”

For some reason all junkyards are on a hill and this is no exception, so wear some comfy walking shoes. Pricing is fair and includes a 30 day warranty. I'm a professional mechanic and I get most of my expensive parts for my own vehicles here. Used OEM parts are mostly better quality than aftermarket choices at the box stores.”

“The mishap with my CRV was bad enough but added to that was the fear of it being stuck in the shop a long time. I’m on the road constantly between home and the nursing home caring for needs of my 95 year old Mom. Juan assured me his team would get on it right away and not to worry. The turnaround time was less than 3 days! They did a beautiful job, body work and paint, and washed and detailed it inside as well. Wow!!
