I’m on the road constantly between home and the nursing home caring for needs of my 95 year old Mom. Juan assured me his team would get on it right away and not to worry. The turnaround time was less than 3 days! They did a beautiful job, body work and paint, and washed and detailed it inside as well. Wow!!

“If I could give 10 stars I would. Where to start? First, the work was immaculate. Can't say enough about the quality. More importantly the customer care was outstanding. I was scheduled to go for a c-section while my car was being fixed. While I was in recovery I had to be readmitted to the hospital for a complication of surgery and when I did get my car back they had left a baby gift inside. They worked with my insurance when they were causing unnecessary delays so I didn't have to worry about anything. Definitely recommend.”
“The best tire shop in Whitfield County! I would not choose any other place to give my business if I still lived in Dalton. We made the 3 hour trip to see some old friends and discovered a tire issue when packing to return home.
I went to Arevalos Tires about two hours before closing. They were very busy and initially said they may be unable to squeeze me in, but wanted to look at the issue. They confirmed that my family and I were at risk should we drive the vehicle any further. Without hesitation, they agreed to make the repairs on a Sunday two hours before closing. They prioritized the safety of my family over their needs, and I am very appreciative!
Their quality and customer service is exceptional! Their prices are fair and competitive. They knew I was a traveler and could have charged any price as I needed the repairs right away. Instead, they treated me as if I were a returning customer.
Do yourself a favor and pay Arevalos Tires a visit if you're in the market for new tires. They also offer various other mechanical services. Be sure to review those as well.”

“tl:dr - Searching for a good mechanic can be expensive and discouraging so there's a huge value in finding a place like this. Sexton's Automotive is a rare find in that they appear trustworthy, competent, and fair. I plan to use them for more work on my cars.
I'm impressed enough that the tl:dr is a paragraph on its own.
I was a bit skeptical of this place in spite of reviews. I am mechanically inclined and often act on my curiosity and/or skepticism when I want to know more. I'm pretty easily dissatisfied with other people's work on my stuff, even if I don't complain or demand corrections.
I stopped by the shop to go over the work that I was going to request in addition to tire install/balance, I wanted TPMS replacement, replace valve stems, 4 wheel alignment. The extra work was 4 wheel alignment, replace front valve stems, and check clutch/flush the fluid. The guy at the counter seemed a bit distracted/inattentive. This didn't give me much confidence that the additional work was going to be completed.
I expected them to have the car for a week. The same guy was at the counter and warned me that they'd likely not have it ready until the next day. This also seemed to support my earlier assessment that he hadn't noted the work I requested.
They called that it was ready the next afternoon and my disappointment was ramping up to anger for the entire drive to pick it up. I was certain that they had only done the tire install. I had almost no doubt and was deciding if I was going to trust them to do the work or just pick up the car and go somewhere else for the rest.
Different guy at the counter this time and I geared up for my best Karen-quiz and folks, after that first question, I was so taken aback that I thought I was going to start stuttering.
He didn't miss a beat, he clearly answered my question and more, rendering most of the rest of my questions unnecessary. They had completed everything I requested and even after checking the car when I got home, I didn't see any signs of carelessness, shoddy work, or abuse (excessive joyriding, damaged fasteners, etc).
What a refreshing experience.
To the guy at the counter the first two times: man...I owe you an apology. I dramatically misjudged you and our interaction. You heard everything I said and communicated it forward. Well done! I've learned a lesson and look forward to meeting again.
Now if I can find a good auto body shop.”

“First took my nissan to nissan dealership.Said run a diagnostic on it. They came back with (shot code) bad transmission).No code lights had ever popped up before, but is now. Shooting a code now and running rougher.$8000.oo total to make it run correctly. They stated no other problems. Its a 2011 nissan, do the math.All along me thinking it was dirty filters and tune up,some hoses.Took to Dalton Automotive Specialty, they did a quick check, ran codes..Immediately pointed out and told me (all)my engine issues, $450 for the job.My car runs like new, smooth and happy.
