Crystal was awesome. I had a problem with a refund and she was calm, patient and helpful with finding a resolution. After almost an hour she was able to get everything to work and even though the system was not working she kept trying to help and stayed positive. Thank you Crystal!!

Jonathan at 505 N Gleenwood was absolutely amazing and was quick with service ! He’s definitely the reason I will not ever be going to O’Reillys again only Auto Zone from now on!!!
