We are traveling on vacation to Florida when we lost a break caliper. Stopped in at this AutoZone early morning right when they opened and everyone working there was so helpful and helped me and my family get back on the road. I would definitely say the guys at this AutoZone know what they are doing. Thank you to all at this location.

I really enjoy coming to this place when needed. I came here 2 times in the past month to get a back and front light replaced. On both occasions two younger Hispanic guys offered to replace for free after my purchase.

I was in need of a new headlight bulb for my 2015 Honda Civic. I went in and was assisted by a very helpful young man. ROGER provided excellent customer service! Putting the bulb in proved to be very difficult. But he stayed there and went above and beyond to make sure it was in right. He demonstrated so much patience and was very kind. I am extremely grateful, being that I don't know much about cars. PLEASE give this young man a raise! He deserves it!

So I work in Dalton and was on my lunch break and my car threw a crazy message
on my screen. I googled that it might be my battery so I I immediately went to auto zone and had them check to see if my battery was good or not. The nicest man named Jonathon which I later found out was the manager promptly helped me check and see. He then told me that yes I needed a new battery and he went above and beyond to make sure I could get a battery and put it on for me as well and had me back to work as quick as he could. I will go there for anything I might need in the future and recommend him and the store to anyone that needs help. Best service and very caring manager.
