Customer service with certain employees at this location is ridiculous one lady seems to try to show off how many cash registers she can work instead of focusing on her customer service behavior. She told me I have a reward and could get an item like the ones I was purchasing I said okay I’ll just grab another like the ones I am purchasing She said I have to scan it. You’ll have to get back in line I said just scan that one and I’ll grab one she said I’ll have to see you i said, well you wanna come watch me. Meanwhile more than 3 employees and just standing around and she huff and puffs and rolls her eyes & ask another employee to hand her one of the items that was right at the other side of the register. Sometimes common courtesy out weights how many registers you can run.

All the ladies working were super nice and helpful. If they didn't know an answer, they'd ask another worker. You can tell they're a good team and happy with what they do.

just happened to be visiting the area and noticed this store and i had several rewards on my app. we walk through the door and ginger immediately greeted us with the biggest smile and bubbliest personality! she showed us the disney princess collection and helped with every question we had. keep ginger at all cost, she’s such a sweet heart! :)

As a consumer this has been the Upmost unpleasant experience in my life dealing with Bath & Body Works. The customer service is MADNESS, to attempt to speak w/half english speaking representatives is a freaking NIGHTMARE. This will be my LAST & FINAL time wasting my money here. To be treated like nothing & recieve ABSOLUTELY no assistance but have taken my money is diabolical. Thanks alot to Alex (supposed to be manager) for wasting time of my life I cannot get back & Oh let me not forget Stephanie who started the waste of time off, KUDOS to you both & I pray you excel high with your employer. Good luck in your promotions JERKS!

I love shopping at Bath & Body Works because of the associates who always greet me the moment I walk through the door. Their enthusiasm instantly makes me feel welcome. They are helpful, guiding me to exactly what I’m looking for or introducing me to new things I haven't seen before. Exceptional customer service that keeps me coming back time and time again!
