I’ve had a great experience with Truist Bank. Their customer service has always been helpful, especially Elsa. She’s always friendly and helpful. The online banking platform is user-friendly. As a teenager beginning my own accounts, Elsa has been super helpful and I always look for her if I have any questions. Truist and Elsa have made managing my finances a breeze. I highly recommend Truist for anyone looking for a reliable and efficient banking experience!

Definitely do not try to get a loan with them, even with a lot of collateral they don’t want to help you at all.. I have tried twice to get a loan. They declined.. this place is awful since April left. She truly cared abt people and wanted to help them. She went beyond what anyone asked just to help. Not saying I don’t like some of the girls there and maybe it’s the switch from Bbt to Truist I’m not sure but I know it’s clearly almost impossible to get a loan since she left.. all it does is hit your credit pretty hard and the hit stays on your credit for over two years.

There's always between a half hour to an hour wait. Never have enough employees and closed the bank on walnut to make twice as many people in the back and usually only one teller. This is just terrible customer service

I’ve been doing business here for 20 years since I got my first job. I had an issue had to be escalated under my own initiative because the branch manager had no obligation to reach out to me but plenty of excuses for why it took a month and a half to follow up with me when pressed. The teller staff are some of the best in the business but the leadership has left me with a lack of desire to continue business. When considering opening a CD I strongly recommend going with Georgia United credit union for some of the best rates in the business and will make you feel like you do not have to make an immediate on the spot decision if you feel like it. There’s rarely enough employees working. If you like waiting and wasting your time, this is the bank for you! If not then Wells Fargo is a better option.

The lady called Elsa who is here never answers your calls, someone calls her and leaves a message and she never calls you back. And if you meet her in person, she treats you in a very unpleasant way.

My little brother has an account at Truist. I walked in with him to this location yesterday for the first time and was blown by the warm, friendly greeting as soon as we stepped in the door. They were all so polite! They had a special occasion going on and offered us food. Samantha Tucker helped us. She was so lovely! They all were!
