They run their business as a joke. Had us waiting for over 75 minutes to only inform us that they had gone with another call. If you need towing, Give your business to someone that deserves it.

I was making a delivery in Crandall and had a problem with my air valves. I needed to get towed as the customer wanted me out of their property so has to not block the docs it was around midnight and I called Parrish they wanted $700 to come pull me off of the property and off to the main road. I call these guys and they were willing to bring me from Crandall to Dalton for that same price. very good people I appreciate how courteous they were and how professional they were. if you're in need of a tow I would say give these guys a call. I'm not from here this was my first time interacting with them and I normally don't do reviews but these guys need to get credit for not just trying to advantage of people in need. Keith was the driver and a very good.

Literally told him, "I had a blow out on 75 and I don't have a spare." His response, and I quote, "neither do I," and hung up. He answered the phone "Bobs" so I know it was the correct place.

They towed my car to their lot, left a dent and scratches on the hood, went through everything inside the car and threw everything out of the glove box into the floor, and stole every phone charger in the car for some reason and probably other things we haven’t noticed yet. Absolute crooks IMO

My tire blew out on 75 and was on the side of the road for over an hour when Jeani pulled over to check on us. We would have had to wait 2 more hours for our roadside assistance but she offered to tow us back for a very reasonable price. I very much appreciated her help. Thank you so much.

Don’t let your vehicle break down on a Sunday, you know cause you can plan on breakdowns.Despite Google saying they are open/towing 24hrs this is FALSE!Our truck broke down on the side of a busy road in the heat in a Sunday and called them and they said they only do towing for the Law Enforcement on a Sunday. They could care less about our situation. I wasn’t going to waste a LEOs time to get them out there.Call S&M towing instead they got right out to us.

I was in a terrible accident. I was not able to get any of my belongings out of my car at the time. After, I was released from the hospital I went to their tow yard and they allowed me to get my belongings out, even though they were closing in 5 minutes. Very caring and understanding people.

If you’re the owner of the business and you receive all the phone calls, you should answer with a positive or kind greeting but the owner of this business answered all of my questions with a smart aleck attitude. Also whoever picked up my vehicle left the windows down and didn’t lock the doors when I went to pick up, so imagine my reaction in entering the vehicle all wet. - I called the owner to notify him and he answered with “first of all - and went on to tell me his explanation as to why the vehicle wasn’t locked or window not closed. He could’ve just started with an apology but he didn’t. (Also, the guys at the shop were kind but the owner needs to learn how to run his business better)
