“For the service team - absolute LIFE SAVERS. On the 3rd day of our 4-day road trip, we were minding our own business when it happened - The Death Wobbles. A terrifying experience. Never happened before, but suddenly we were essentially incapacitated in the middle of an unfamiliar state. Pulled over, called the service team, and drove straight there. They took us right in, found the issue, offered us water snacks and food, fetched the part, and fixed the Jeep. Didn't feel a single wobble the rest of the day. “The mishap with my CRV was bad enough but added to that was the fear of it being stuck in the shop a long time. I’m on the road constantly between home and the nursing home caring for needs of my 95 year old Mom. Juan assured me his team would get on it right away and not to worry. The turnaround time was less than 3 days! They did a beautiful job, body work and paint, and washed and detailed it inside as well. Wow!!
