I stopped at this little store to use the air pump outside. I just have happened to be black. I don't know if that has anything to do with that, but A much older white lady With terrible hair And split ends was very passive When asked how to use the air pump. While I know it is not owned by the store per se I happen to be traveling And my tire was extremely flat I also had my son with me And she turned her nose up when her colleague asked something about the air pump. Well, I'm sure the treatment would have been very different. Had I been of a different color none of that matters the customer service was lacking/not there. Find better help. People who actually understand that it is their job that they get paid to do when they assist their customers in a pleasant and welcoming matter. If you can't find people to do that then close the store

This location is normally ok, but they have gone thru a recent change of employees that has caused their customer service to spiral down hill. I was in there on 07/18/23 after a meeting to grab a quick snack. I was not greeted no big deal, I noticed they was line of customers so I proceeded to wait in line. once in line I took notice that they are were three employees and no registers open even the self checkout was closed. I figured they must a software update, no big deal. While still waiting in line the store then had a customer come up to the counter to exchange $20 in change. Being that I had been waiting for a while now, I politely asked the young lady by name Kyliee if someone could help me on another register as time is of an essence. Kylie then told she would not as she is helping another customer. I advised the employee that it it not courteous to have a line of people waiting with all the registers being closed and no one taking care of the customers as our time is valuable. Kylie then told me she has told me what she is going to do. Another employee by the name of Brylien then stated that he had just clocked in and has nothing to do with the previous shift. I then asked to speak with a manger on duty or to have managements contact information to discuss the matter further. Brylien then asked why I needed that information so I expressed my concerns once more. He then proceeded to tell me that he would not provide that information and asked to to leave the store. Luckily as I was leaving a manger then came from the freezer and was able to see what was going on. I was told that the issue would taken care but based off of the push back from the employees I feel that this is may be habit and needs to be addressed further. I am highly disappointed in how this was handled and will be following up to ensure proper action has been taken immediately.

Stood at the register and lady called from the aisle said if I’m not using EBT then I can use self check out…. Like really? Guess customer service is just a thing of the past? 200yrds down is a MAPCO very friendly and actually engages with customers ….. Circle K please take note

Went to this store seeking some boxes for moving. The manager on duty, Kelly, was unbelievably helpful. She gave me what boxes they had at the moment, and even took my number to call when there were more.I didn’t think she would call, but she did, SAME DAY. Good customer service for me on this day. Thanks Kelly for your assistance!

I’m not the type to usually leave a review about anything but the attitude I encountered from the man working on 11/10/19 at around 1:00pm was completely uncalled for. I stopped only for gas, but when I realized that paying for gas with cash costs you 10 cents more a gallon I asked for my money back. He gave me a refund but was extremely rude about it saying something like “Yeah just take the money somewhere else. Hell, I don’t care where you go.” So much for customer service.... I know that losing one customer doesn’t amount to anything for Circle K, but from now on I will always go to the Mapco next door. The people at Mapco are friendlier and I don’t get penalized for paying with cash.

I got gas here today and I was disappointed. The store was very dirty and the employees seemed very disinterested in me. Just not as good overall as when it was kangaroo. Also a lot of people just seem to hang out and loiter here.
