The store in Dalton GA keeps calling to say I have a prescription ready. I live in Nebraska and have NEVER been in Dalton GA. They are fully automated so I can’t talk to a person to get this corrected.

Although I am not a big fan of the pharmacy, the retail side is great. I’ve never had an issue with printing pictures or buying products. I also use my extra credit whenever available and the team member never forgets to let me know I have it!

THIS CVS WAS CLEAN, HAD EVERYTHING I NEEDED!!! THE STAFF WAS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, KIND, COURTEOUS, AND PLEASEANT!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CVS!!!

The pharmacy people there have the most sour attitude! If they hate their job so much they SHOULD not be dealing with the public. They are like death riding a white pony !!

Rude, lazy, liars and never want to help you this is what the pharmacy staff is…..I had to get a day off from my job to get my prescription and I was told they don’t have it and to deal with it!! Shame on you cvs pharmacy staff for not doing your job right and getting by on lies and misleading people!!I see I am not the only one with complaining maybe corporate should get involve and see what’s going in on this location!!

Great people. They are not rude. They were saying they are not given enough hours for their staff so it causes it to be stressful for the people who work to close. They are great and very efficient. Cvs corporate needs to allow the hours for them. They are very quick and do everything they can.

I have never ever seen employees that are as rude, sarcastic and racist as the ones that work at this CVS. I've always used CVS and I've always been more than happy with the staff and treatment I received until I moved and started using this location. I've never had to wait for over 2 hours for a prescription and some of the younger employees are nice but not well trained. I grew up in a Latino home and have never seen a racist Mexican American in my life until I started using this location. My Mama Rosa back in Texas would tell them a few things about treating people with respect that's for sure. And surprisingly it's the older ones. I was completely shocked about how I was treated and I will NOT be going here again. I'd rather drive across Chattanooga to my old CVS in Lookout Valley! They should be ashamed. ?

The pharmacist is all about the customer and there well being. I've done business with CVS for years. I would highly recommend CVS to anyone that gets prescriptions.
