It’s impossible to get refills for maintenance meds, it’s all about the money now and wanting you to come in for additional appointments and labs when you are not having any issues. Save yourself the hassle, I changed to Hamilton Internal Medicine Clinic.

Dr. Wagner is my PCP and he is very knowledgeable, thorough, and personable. Rx refills are call in quickly. I am very pleased with the services they provide.

I've never encountered a more disorganized doctor's office in my life. Getting a prescription refilled is like pulling teeth. They'll only give you a month's worth of prescriptions and you'd better start calling 10 days in advance if you don't want to go off your medicine. They answer the phones less than 10% of the time, and at weird hours too. If you can GET ahold of the office they're not bad, but that's a big IF. Their psychiatrist also quit and so I've been off my medication for weeks while desperately trying to get into some sort of office.

This is the most disorganized Dr office I have ever used. They gave me incompatible meds. Canceled several appointments and never returned a phone call. I do not recommend anyone wanting to live use them

Not impressed. Self pay. Given one price then charged almost double that. Told could do telemed in 6 months for med refills, yet now they are saying I have to have a physical and blood work. Staff won't return patient portal messages.

Dr. Delay is the best Doc in 34 States and that Lacey is one heck of a wagon master for the office. All wonderful interactions with the rest of DFP staff (except that one gal with the hair). She knows what she did.

For the last 3 months, getting someone to answer the phone has been a huge chore. When you have to call your Rx in each month, it gets very tiresome having to call over and over, for days. I have ended up going without my meds because of no one answering the phone. This is inadequate and unacceptable patient care. Hire more or better staff to answer calls, or stop taking new patients if the staff cannot manage the load. I would not recommend this office. Do better.

Went here for years. But now, front office staff is genuinely the worst I’ve seen when it comes to organization, communication, & punctuality. It’s a wonder they are still in business.

Dr.Smith is fine and the lab techs are good at taking blood painlessly. Aside from that, if you can, go somewhere else.

extremely poor communication, if you want to schedule an appointment do not bother calling because they will not answer. I will not go here any more.
