Based on recent reviews, Dedicated, LLC is a small consolidation dock with a nice, clean facility. The people are kind and provide good service, often going above and beyond, like when a worker fixed a paperwork mix-up. However, the facility has limited space, with no overnight parking due to large volumes for the small facility. Load times are not scheduled, as the company does not control the freight. Loads promised to be ready are not always ready upon arrival, and drivers can expect to wait a few hours for swing loads. A new dock is currently being built to improve things. Overall, it is a small company with things pretty well ironed out, but understanding is needed regarding parking and scheduling issues.

Well my appointment was open from 7am (live load, since broker) at this time just few worker are there, but they was kind give me a dock and I get my rest, all of them was active from 8am.
They start to load me 8.30am

My company drops and hooks here. Never had a problem getting in and out right away.

It would be nice if the loads they say are going to ready to pick up, we're actually ready when you get there to pick it up.
