Today was the third time I have visited this store. I usually shop at the Rocky Face Dollar General. There is alway an issue with someone being at the register I will NEVER shop this location again. Stood in line behind 1 woman for 20 to 30 minutes. The worker’s name at the register was Justin, he allowed the woman to go back and shop because she need to spend more to use her Saturday $5 coupon. She gave him 3 coupons that were out of date and continually asked for him to give her one for today. There’s were 5 other customers that lined up behind me because of the long check out delay. The self serve register was closed. The woman was allowed by the cashier to continue to dig through her purse to find a $5 coupon. I finally handed the 3 things I came in to purchase and left. 2 of the customers behind me put their stuff down and followed as it looked like Justin would not put an end to our waiting misery any time soon. I probably burned $5 in gas letting my vehicle run to keep my husband and granddaughter cool while I waited in line for someone to shop. Justin needs training on how to suspend a transaction to a accommodate more than one customer a day!

Sign says they close at 10pm. Arrived at 9:45 and door was already locked, I knocked on the door and the cashier just looked at me as if I was d**** Horrible management

The cashier Lisa is one of the worst people I ever met. I will never buy anything from this Dollar general because of her attitude.

If i coukd give 0 stars i would! Its a shame that DG has employees that make false accusations and get to tell someone they will forcably remove someone for coming back in the store to show they disnt steal nothing and taking pictures of license plates is totally wrong! Yall need to get your employees better trained!!! Christina is the manager and should honestly be fired for acting so unproffesional!

ZERO STARS!! DONT GO!! Horrible staff !! They are rude, shouldn’t be working there considering they have no customer service skills at all. Not to mention the last time I was there she didn’t give me all of the things I bought. Everything would fit in one bag. I got five things!! And she handed me the bag . It’s ridiculous . I will not ever be back, I have never been to a place with such trashy employees
