I went into this store today and my husband asked a guy putting up stock (shoulder length black straight hair young)who was rude if he could see what paper was on the top of the shelf my daughter needed college rule and on the shelf was only wide ruled and he grabbed the top half of stack pointed it down towards us and I said no that says wide ruled too I asked if he could check the rest of the stack cuz it looked different and he thru the stack on the floor and grabbed the next one and it said wide ruled too I said no sorry and he grabbed the ones off the floor and was slamming them back on the top shelf and when he was done he went and threw the ladder in the back u could hear where he threw it down. So I left what I was going to get and left it I haven't had a good experience with customer service in the few times I have went in there I won't go back that was way out of line

Rude worker who has red hair and a Batman tattoo on her left forearm makes me not want to visit this store at all. Every time I come in the store since I’m often a frequently customer there since it’s the closest dollar general nearby me, she always giving me a dirty look and when I go checkout she looks at me again very rude and she tries to hide it by saying “how are you” then whenever I leave she stares at me once again with a disgusting face. The store manager needs to either have a talk with her or fire her. No customers are going to like someone that doesn’t look like they don’t want to work. Absolutely disappointing, hopefully this can be fixed soon.

Red headed lady is very rude Everytime I go in their and today even more . They act like anytime you ask for help or need to checkout your a problem. If they don't like their job they should go somewhere else . Awful customer service skills !

My concern with the store is that it did not live up to the dollar general customer first. I went into the store to buy some dish soap, and I had asked if they could price match to the dollar general app. Before I could even ask for help, the manager came up to us shaking her head and said no. She told me that she could get fired for doing so. I was only purchasing five soaps. The previous day I wanted to buy some body soap, and I was curious why the store promotion wasn’t coming off. The same manager told me that she couldn’t do anything because the computer knows what it’s doing. I told her if I could place the order for pickup, and she advised against it because they didn’t provide the service. I was confused since there was a sign for DGPickup, and it was allowing me to online. I preceded to place my order online since it allowed me to. I called the store later, and the manager, was insisting I cancel my order because it would not be picked. Overall, I did not feel the spirit of dollar general customer first or any compromise.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but the customer service was awful today.The lady said I needed an ID to buy a lighter, understandable, so I got it out of my car.She looked at my ID and tried to say it was fake. (I’m 23 and got my ID when I was 18, it expires in 2025 btw) I’m a professional piercer and see ID’s every day. Mine was 100% not fake. She tried to scan it but had her thumb covering half the barcode. And claimed it wouldn’t scan. She was also very rude about it. Luckily, she let me buy it.I didn’t get her name. But I’m sure they have nice workers. One good side was that the store looked nice ?

Absolutely terrible experience. Would not recommend going for anything. Attempted to use coupons on items and the total was not what it was supposed to be. Asked for clarification and the lady behind the counter was extremely rude.Then attempted to use a different dollar general account and the lady did not even speak and just put all items to the side. Ended up walking out. Do not bother going here. They do not want any business.

Everytime I go into this store the cashier,with short black hair,well she puts a smile on your face as soon as s you see her.She is always working,,ethier stociking or helping someone find something. And the manager has kept the store well organized,and she is also a very kind and caring person.
