It's a shame places like this continue to stay in business play places like this will buy a vehicle for $3,000 and post it online for 8000. Or if you financed with them they'll ask you two to three thousand down and finance you for 4 to 500 dollars a month for 3 years. Ladies and gentlemen do the math on that all the while not doing a single safety inspection reconditioning or provide any information on the vehicle's background they sold me a vehicle with no tail lights and refused to reimburse me for the ticket I received. Again it's a shame places like this still exist

After speaking with one of the employees, we discussed my credit situation and agreed that in-house financing would be the best option. The associate assured me that as long as I had a specific down payment amount, they could get me into the vehicle. We set a time for me to come in, and I was given the lienholder information for my car insurance. I also sent over my check stubs, proof of residence, and ID in advance. The associate told me that when I arrived, the process would be quick since everything was already taken care of.
I drove nearly two hours to the dealership to pick up the Jeep, only to be told by another employee that I did not qualify for in-house financing because I lived more than 30 miles away. I explained that I had already spoken with someone who said I was approved, but she dismissed everything I said and implied that it was my fault for coming. At no point was I told about a 30-mile restriction, and they had my address two days before my visit. It also is not listed on their website. I double checked before leaving this review.
The employee even read my conversation with the associate out loud to try to make it seem like I misunderstood—until she reached the message where he clearly told me I could come pick up the vehicle. Even after seeing that, she remained dismissive, unapologetic, and had a poor attitude throughout.
I understand that mistakes happen, but the way this situation was handled was extremely unprofessional. If she had treated me respectfully and acknowledged the mix-up, I wouldn’t be writing a negative review. However, the rude and condescending attitude I received made this a truly disappointing experience.

I will start off by saying honesty! And telling you straight up about the car SUV or truck your buying at the dealership. Shaz is what I call a Awesome person! I bought a ML320 from him. And all I can say is this. It's been one of the best purchases I have made from a dealership. This SUV puts a smile on my face. I love it! I have taken it in multiple road trips and all I can say this SUV continues to shock me daily! It's a beast! And the torque on it is insane! I personally had to tell Shaz! Thank you! I own over 12 vehicles and this SUV by far is my favorite! So if your looking for honesty and quality in the buying process! I recommend you go too this dealership with confidence and knowing your going get a Amazing experience!

I've been going to Shaz and his Father since 2018 and I've never once walked out feeling dissatisfied or ripped off. I've mostly had body work and maintenance done here and every single time they have gone above and beyond. I always go to my man shaz for my auto questions and concerns and he always gets back to me quickly and breaks down everything to make sure I understand why he recommends what he does. Their body work is so good that they made a 2006 Honda Odyssey that was hit by someone else look like it we were back in 2005 buying it brand new! Not just that, they've serviced my new BMW a lot faster and cheaper than the dealership.
They know their way around any car and will always make sure to meet your wants and I always enjoy stopping by when I need them. I seriously cannot recommend these guys enough and will continue being my go to mechanics! Plus, shaz always seems to have some cool cars on the lot!

I was just short with my finances and wasn’t able to get a car today BUT all 3 were extremely helpful and honest people. I definitely recommend doing business with them as you’ll see they’re not out to just take your money. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Friendly environment. Easy process. Reasonable prices. Fast response if you have questions later on. Quick to help with any concerns and make things right if you have any issues. Had to have a couple of repairs, they took care of it plus gave me a car to drive in the meantime so I could get to work. Will definitely do business here in the future.
