The worst shipping company ever. Guaranteed delivery on Tuesday... everyday the report they can not deliver because of operational difficulties. Now it's thursday evening and being told they would deliver it "today" still no deliveryFedEx has no ability to do their job which they charge a full fee for. They need to hire enough people and train them how perform what is expected of them. Those that can not do their jobs need be let go... maybe they can flip burgers for the rest of their ljfe

Chose to give a 1 star but really should be pressing charges for theft. I had a very expensive camera ($4k) to be shipped to me and signature was required. Somehow the driver dropped it off at the front gate of an apartment complex to someone and then claimed it was signed for at the gate and nothing they could do. I live in the woods, far from any apartments. After my own detective work I found the apartment complex and the gate remains open. Office staff at the complex states FedEx always goes straight to the apartment and never meets at the gate. So why was my package signed by someone else, no ID checked, 10 miles away from my home? Why did the person who got this not call FedEx immediately about this? After fighting the location the driver was finally forced to return to the apartment and retrieve the camera...which was opened. How did they know what apartment number to go to if they previously met someone at the gate? If they met at the gate how did that person know to meet them there when my phone number was on the shipment? They claim a sticky note was on it with an address change and got mixed up with another package. This forced me to drive 1 hour to this location and get the box back and then be told by their staff if we open their now resealed box they cannot send it back if parts are missing. No, if parts are missing it is going back and you are paying for it. There is no way of knowing if the box isn't opened. Lucky for them and us the camera was still sealed but can tell it and other items in the same box were removed. They gave shady answers to try to cover their mistake and still did not research how this happened or write up the driver who allowed someone else to open this item. I personally still think this driver is in cahoots with someone to steal items and claim it was delivered correctly.

Horrible service! They often misplace packages and it is so hard to get ahold of customer service, the tracking service is not accurate or reliable, simply mediocre!!! I shipped two packages and only one of them was delivered, as for the other one the information keeps changing, something is in Kentucky and other times is in Georgia so they just don't know where my package is!! The estimated time of delivery has changed several times! Horrible service!! This is not first time this has happened!! Typical of FedEx, now the guys at this FedEx location on dug gap are very dedicated and professional.
