Awful customer service tonight. Doubt I’ll be back if I see anyone other than Matt in the store. I will be Calling corporate on the guy who wears the glasses with short curly hair. Very rude and unprofessional towards me. Walked in before 7:30 (closes at 8 I called to check before I drove to the mall) walk in the store and no one around, I yell towards the back to make sure someone was there incase they didn’t hear me walk in. Guy comes out the back yelling and waving his phone around telling me he’s going to call security because I’m in the store that was OPEN. Reminded him I called to make sure they was open before I came. Was still rude towards me threatened me again by sayin he would call security. Even though I had done nothing but but come in the store to buy stuff. I see this guy in GNC when I come I’ll never buy anything with him workin in that store if I even come back. Could buy from Amazon like a normal person.

Customer service was exceptional. GNC at this particular location went above and beyond what is required to help me out. It's good to buy from stores that appreciate your business.

Matt was exceptionally helpful and did everything he could to help me find a product I've been looking for, for almost a year now. He's also been who I go to anytime I have questions about products in store and is incredibly informative. I recommend him and the dalton store to all my friends and family.
