Came in today 08/13/25 and had the lovely lady who was in a Jean jacket. She did a wonderful job and was quick as well. She had a lovely attitude and help make my hair cut experience a lovely one. I will try to come to this location in the future whenever I am passing through.

No one ever listens to how you tell them to cut your hair they are like Burger King have your way. It's like they don't listen they cut one way short !when you tell them just a slight trim the scissors go crazy. Will not go back if I do will not pay them for a haircut

Took my son here for his second hair cut. The barber was too rough with him. She wasn't very good at explaining instructions to him and didn't have good patience it seemed. I personally won't be going back to the place.

Great Clips is my go to when traveling. Never a problem. It seem women are the only complainers on here.. Ladies, GC is designed for quick trims. Not designer cuts. Get over yourselves.

Could not use a coupon at this location. After being marketed from your app and email directly. Had to fill out a back to school promotion survey just to get it sent to me. Then to go to the location who is not a participating location. A lot trouble for nothing. Was just going to pass the $5 saving back to stylist as a tip. You think the location would do a one time honor override for customer service. But that would be too simple of a thing to do. Before your respond with email us back at customer service. Already have and they don't care either with the response I received.
