Too bad you can't give a zero star! 4 people waiting to check out, 1 register open, 5 employees at the front, including a manager. A new register is finally opened after waiting 12 minutes so far and the front end manager takes the last person to walk up to the registers. Yes, placed my stuff on shelf, and stormed out. No apologies no nothing. Hobby Lobby has lost a long time customer today to Michael's.
Given my time shopping for items, and this is very disrespectful to say the least.
Obviously not one customer is valued with this store! Perhaps new management is needed with extraordinary customer service skills.
Only one thing could have made it right, and they chose not to right a wrong. Shame on the management, the employees, and the corporation.

Wow! The service here is great! We asked for some help getting a poster mounted to some foam board and the manager went above and beyond to help us. So impressed with the help they provided us.
