Don’t buy any appliances on clearance. They will not deliver. It’s sad that an older couple has to find someone else to pick up an appliance and deliver to the house. I will never shop here again!

I was prepared to purchase a new 42 inch zero turn cub cadet lawnmower at the Dalton, Georgia Home Depot. After the experience that my wife and I had on June 6th, 2020 I will have to be desperate to shop from this place in the future. The store manager did not have time to talk with us as we were about to purchase a $ 2599.00 lawnmower. We understand that people are busy and we attempted to seek out at least four different associates to verify a question about this lawnmower. Either people could not answer our question nor were they willing to. Why? This is not my department. I have to go outside to see another customer. I am on break. Etc. etc. Needless to say we went to Lowes and paid for a similar mower and were taken care of promptly and in a timely manner. I hope this doesn't happen again not only for my family but for anyone.

Customer service is awful!!! Asked for help in appliance girl just looked at us like we was crazy!! Dark headed young girl with glasses!! We ended up having to get what we needed without any help!! We will take future purchases elsewhere!!

we ordered closet shelving and organizer and was to have it installed. the sales person who came out to the house on april the 26th said it would be 3-4 weeks may the 30th will be 5 weeks and they called today and said that they would be out on June the 20th to install 2 months is too long to wait

Horrible customer service by the short female representative today. Refused to allow me to use my in store credit since my husband had returned the items. Never mind that the card used for the original purchase was in MY name or that the purchase was by me. No one bothered to verify that. We are just starting a complete house remodeling and have already spent THOUSANDS on flooring. Well honey, you just made sure that Home Depot won't be getting any more business from US. Lowe's here we come. And sugar, you need to respond when people talk to you rather than stand and stare dumbfounded and only repeat, “It's company policy.†And also, I heard you complain about every co worker you had before you got to me. Maybe you need to find different coworkers and we can ALL be happy.

Love this store! My husband and I went to buy a riding mower and weren't sure if it was gonna be possible until Scott May, Megan Watson, and our cashier Neda helped us! They went above and beyond making sure that we were taken care of. Now we can enjoy our brand new riding mower thanks to them! Thank you to the loaders also! Got us loaded very quickly. Thank you all!

Bought my washer and Dryer 3 years ago in July at Home Depot... After purchasing an extended warranty for them I have had 3 claims (2 of those being for the dryer's heating element) in with them and they are leaving me yet again without 1 or the other for over a week!!!!!!! I have a family of 4 and the best they can do is compensate for going to a laundry mat. I barely have time to wash my clothes at home much less go to the laundry mat! They cant help me for a week. Basically told me that's all they can do. Never will buy another Samsung and it sure as hell wont be from Home Depot!!!!

Wish there was a negative zero to date the service that you receive from Home Depot. I will NEVER go back. After buying refrig and stove, I could not get my stove delivered. Home Depot blamed Samsung and Samsung blamed Home Depot. 3 days before Christmas Home Depot answer to my problem was we will send you a 2 eye not plate and a toaster oven for you to cook your Christmas dinner on. This was after I bought it on November 30th and it was to be brought out on Dec 14 help me......don't shop here do like me cancel and go to Lowe's and pick it up and pay less money........

I ordered all new kitchen appliances from Home Depot and on delivery/installation date my old appliances were removed but was told nothing could be installed. When I went to Home Depot, Richard( the appliance manager) said installation could not be promised (even though I was told appliances would be delivered and installed and it was on my receipt). Their is a woman who goes by patsy Cochran who is very unstable and out of control. I'd suggest making sure she won't treat customers like this. If she can't control herself she sure as hell shouldn't have a job working with people if when she gets mad she goes out of her way to steal pictures, post addresses and emails on Facebook to make her feel better. (It was an old address of mine) but your sales associate patsy needs professional help such as a counselor. She is clearly unstable and working at a store I'm sure it's easy to see a card, an I'd and steal their addresses to post if they treat her badly or make her angry. So thumbs down based on one person. Good luck with that one!
