“Phenomenal customer service with Luis!I had the great fortune of reaching Luis at this location when I chose the video chat option for customer support, even though I am in FL. Luis helped navigate a complicated change of plan, addition of new line, and two new phones as wellas porting a number from another carrier. During our call we were disconnected (he promptly called me back); we had to schedule a later afternoon call, and he was in constant contact with me regarding that follow up call, as he was running late at the time we had agreed upon.Even a week later, I had to reach out due to delays with the former carrier on my new line and the release of a phone number, and Luis was just as helpful as ever. Only thing is my internet is running slow now so not sure if it's because of the storm we had or something else. May have to get them to come check it.
