“Ok so this has been my jeweler for two years and let’s just say Hope makes that place shine like those Diamonds! ? we came in two years ago and wanted to window shop well that wasn’t the case at all she help my husband pick the most beautiful ring for me. Now being the great listener that she is she heard me ask about the bracelet of the butterflies ? and she ran the numbers pass me and I promised I would be back and that was the start of a friendship. Upon my return even tho she see many ppl she remembered my name from 6 months prior like I felt so bad I didn’t remember her name but she knew mines. She not only knew my name she still had what I needed that bracelet?? at the same price she had told me and bc I came back she discounted a bit more and now I had to know her name ?️Hope I won’t forget it bc ur my jeweler and u have all my jewelry needs watches, rings , bracelet etc. thanks again for everything”

“I rarely leave reviews, so the fact that I’m taking the time to write this should say a lot. I’ve spent most of my adult life working in sales, so I can usually tell the difference between someone using sales tactics and someone who is genuinely kind and helpful. Mary was the latter.
I stopped by the store while killing time before my daughter’s dance recital, and we ended up having a great conversation about things my daughter enjoys. Ironically, they had a video game I had been searching for, and Mary not only pointed it out to me, but also worked to get me the best price possible.
While she was helping me, I noticed the store also carries brand-new engagement rings, not just pawned jewelry. I’ve been needing to replace my wife’s ring, and after this experience, I’ll absolutely be bringing her back to look through their selection.
I also want to thank the store manager, as well as the other employee who greeted me and was incredibly kind — I believe her name was Auburn.
As for Mary, if I were making hiring decisions for this company, I’d want someone like her greeting every customer who walks through the door. You can usually sense when someone is relying on pushy sales tactics, but she did the complete opposite. She was genuine, personable, and helpful throughout the entire experience, and because of that, I’ll definitely be returning as a customer.”
