I give it 3 stars because every time I go in there, no one asks if I need any help. Most of the employees are either looking at a phone or just ignore you.

Called the local store because the 3rd party installer wouldn't install a dryer vent. 30 minute wait never spoke to a live person. Called back later, while on hold at 20 minutes, starting driving the 30 minutes to the store. Got to store dealt with in person, manager didn't recognize the number I was routed to and on hold with for pushing an hour and a half. .

This past weekend, I was completely overwhelmed when trying to choose blinds. I was about to give up, leave the store, and live with bare windows. Barbara arrived on the scene and turned my despair to hope. With her optimism, guidance and hard work we left with blinds that fit perfectly. Thank you, Barbara!

Had to run in for a couple small items to finish a project. Used the app to find the correct isle and shelf. In and out on less than 10 minutes. Staff is always helpful when I need assistance. Great place for the handyman to shop.
