All hands on deck! Ridiculously good service and the guys really took good care of my G70. I’m VERY particular about who washes my car. Mr. Suds killed it?10/10 they did a great job!

Went to this car wash for 3 years regularly. Had a few minor issues but nothing too bad prior to this one. First one was how much tire shine they put on my tires. I had to start requesting that they wipe off the excess bc it was literally slinging off all over my windshield heading down the road. The first few times I would pull over in the Lowes parking lot and use one of my cleaning clothes to wipe it off myself and immediately noticed the amount of dirt and just black that came off of my tires after just having them “washed” they don’t really clean the tires well at all and they try to cover it up with shine. So I started cleaning my tires myself at home if I had time so I wouldn’t have to worry about it anymore. Second one was while me and my 9 year old was in our vehicle waiting for our vehicle to be washed, my daughter had to use the restroom urgently. They do not have a restroom, so you have to walk to the gas station next to the car wash. I’m sitting in my vehicle waving at the guy who was pressure washing. He was standing on my side so I couldn’t open the door. He saw me waving for him to stop spraying so I could walk my daughter to the gas station. He looks at me and just continues spraying. So I tap on my horn and motion for him to stop. He has a hard attitude expression on his face like it was an inconvenience. We go to the gas station restroom and after returning, I mention the other guy that from my understanding is a supervisor what had happened. Last issue was a certain man employee who obviously had a serious attitude malfunction and was a creep. The last 3 times I came through he would dead stare at me with a hateful look and just be rude in his gestures. On one of those occasions my daughter was with me and while he was washing her side of the window I noticed him staring at her like oddly staring. Well it creeped her out and pissed me off. I decided to let it slide. Next visit when I pay him he looks at me up and down with a disgusting look on his face and says”have a nice day” well this last visit I get there as soon as they open which is 9am. I pull up and noticed this same guy washing off the concrete or something so I put my truck in park and am just waiting until he’s done for him to motion me to pull up. I check something on my phone and next I hear him yelling very loudly “HEYYYY” I look up and he’s standing there with a hateful look on his face and very aggressively waved his arm for me to move forward. I’m like what the heck and look at him like dude what’s your problem. He starts talking in Spanish to this other employee and keeps glancing at me and laughing. So at this point I’m still contemplating on even saying anything bc I’m thinking this guy might be going though something idk. But as I’m in my truck he keeps giving me hateful looks and so after my truck was washed I decided to say something to the supervisor which up until this day seemed like a reasonable guy. When I brought it up he said “ there’s no problem with him” he said every time I come through, there’s a problem and they don’t feel comfortable washing my truck anymore. I said correction “ I don’t feel comfortable with him or no one here washing my truck!” I drove 30 minutes every week/3yrs/$20 for this un called for treatment! I wonder if the owner knows what really goes on.

BEST car wash in a WHILE. Got the middle priced package (50) and was IMPRESSED!! Most time i pay that much for a wash and interior detail i still find dirt inside everywhere. THESE guys KILLED it!! Super clean! Everything wiped down!!
