I absolutely do not recommend at this time! Enjoy the free coupon without refund, on me! Called corporate customer service care and apparently Brooke is below level undertrained. Requested a supervisor, waited, she stated one was actively available in which she connected me to a recording!
Would've been great if the customers were notified that murphy USA doesn't accept Walmart gift cards any longer ??♀️
I'm from out of state, not a good experience at all, the price of your cheap undergraded gas makes no difference! Everyone pay attention, you get what you pay for! Let that marinate!

Bad custom service it’s always been good but on this particular day. I called to ask the price on something and was advise they were to busy to help…. With good customer service skills what she should have said was. I have a line right now if you could call back in like 10 to 15 minutes or could you hold. Not saying the worker is a bad person just saying this is no way to deal with a customer.

The gas station itself is nice, but the girl in there that was training a new guy was rude as heck to me. The card reader kept telling me to take my card out, so I did and she snapped at me saying I was taking it out too quickly. So I might refrain coming here for a while. Felt kind of bad for the new guy.

Waited 30 mins on line! The cashier has no idea what she is doing here. The second one stays only and talking. Only one register open! They close whenever they want to! Awful service.

The white guy with the dragon tattoos is very rude! He got mad cause all I had was a $100 dollar bill to pay with and he told me "do the math!" Who are you my teacher?? ?,Is American currency man! 100s are made to use them! The rest of the clerks are very nice, but this guy thinks this is the only gas station in Dalton, we the customers should not have to deal with people like him.

Always has the most reliable service out there! The employees are so nice and they’ve really upgraded things since they’ve first opened with adding a full building to unlike other murpheys/Walmart gas stations! I only wish they would open a litttleeee early since I go to work at 5 am but it’s still a great option for snacks and gas!

One of the cheapest gas stations in town. I have sometimes faced cleanliness issues, like the handle of the pump being gas moist and smelly because of either misuse from previous customers or maybe a leak. The air pump is not the best either, instead of wasting money and time on that go straight to the tire shop.

We went to Murphy’s on Shugart Road around 7:00 P.M. on Friday Oct. 7th 2022. Our friend that was with us went to go inside to get a drink & there was a sign on the door stating they were closed and the pumps would shut off at 8:00 P.M.. There was many cars in the parking lot including a big pickup with a giant trailer. There was a lady that walked up to the door & pulled on it then the woman working stated “I’m closing it up I’m going home early.”. She was outside changing trash bags very dramatically. She was very rude to all the customers that were pulling up attempting to get gas. Not sure why one of the busiest gas stations in that area is closing at 7:00 P.M. when they are supposedly open till 11:00 P.M.. We were very shocked at the attitude this worker had. A convient store shouldn’t be so inconvenient.
