I have a bulldog I rescued to rehome. She needed spaying and had a place on her stomach. Turns out it was cancer. They called me gave me prices to remove it at a great price. Everyone there has exceptional customer service skills. I would recommend to all.

There’s a young Hispanic man that works the front desk he messed up my medicine for my pets causing me to drive 45mins back to the office. What makes it so bad is I ask him twice about the meds before I left . NO one APOLOGIZE for it and him and another one there treated me as if it was my fault . Very rude about it and even told me that they will not give me credit after telling me he would or my money back on the medication I bought but I was told I can donate it to another person. This was because I I work 3rd shift an didn’t know when I could drive back to pick up the medication. I use to think this was the best place until all that .I all so brought a baby kitten there onice because his eyes was infected and it was sick or something and they turned it away I was told to come back next week but the kitten was so sick it didn’t have a day or two . No it didn’t make it . And it was the same Hispanic man that messed up on the medication. He shouldn’t be allowed to help people if that’s the kinda help he gives.

Great affordable place! For several years, I’ve taken all 3 of my animals there and have been very pleased with the level of care and service they provide at the discount rates.

I really appreciated the friendly staff and the care my 6 month old pups received when they were neutered. Come home with everything I needed to care for them and even trimmed their nails.

I have taken fosters here to be fixed and get their first rounds of vaccines before going to their forever homes. The staff is always informative and always kind and knowledgeable when I ask questions. I actually will be atking my own pets here for their routine visits now that I've moved closer. Spay and neuter appointments are sometimes scheduled way out, but it's just the nature of booking appointments with a popular vet.

Please, for the safety of your pet(s), DO NOT take them to My Kids Have Paws Veterinary Services in Dalton, GA. Our Mowgli and Gidget were neutered/spayed. Gidget also had to have a hernia surgery. They told us there were no problems with the surgeries. I brought the babies home and Mowgli grew stronger with each day while Gidget became weaker. She whined a lot and threw up multiple times because of the pain she was in. It even got to the point where she wouldn't move except to rotate her position. I loved on her and prayed for her multiple times. After two days of this, I unfortunately had to go back to work (I drive a truck and am usually out two/three days at a time) but left them with plenty of food and water for two days. When I came back home I found Mowgli bright eyed and excited to see me. Oh, Gidget? Lying dead in the bathroom floor with her eyes wide open... Four days after the surgery. She was 7 or 8 years old and a mother of two (Daisy/Mowgli). My Maverick (11) is her daddy. My grandmother and I are heartbroken. What has upset us even more is the clinic doesn't care what they've done to our little family. She was a very healthy dog incase you're wondering. Left to right-Gidget, Maverick, Daisy, Mowgli. We paid $455 for them to kill our sweet Gidget. Please take your business elsewhere.

If you want to have your feral cats fixed to curve the population, don't take them here. They will basically call you a liar, saying the feral cats that you captured are not feral, so they can charge you a higher price for having them spayed or neutered and overnighting. They don't care about the feral community. They just want your money. They didn't even tell us they considered our cat a pet until we were there to pay the bill. I inherited this farm with 30 cats on it, and instead of euthanasia, I decided if I could find a reasonable place to get them fixed, I would, and these could just live out their lives here. Now, I will just have to reconsider my options. Why do country people not care about feral animals? This same operation in the Atlanta area, you can find many organizations that will spayed/neutered and give rabies shots for 40 bucks. Why don't country Vets care about the pet population?

Great vet practice that is making a difference one animal at a time. This is not your regular model of a vets office. If you need to spend an hour with the actual vet to feel comfortable and confident, it's not the place for you. However, I put my trust in this vets office. The vet techs take the needed information, take your pet to the vet, and communicate very well with you. With the amount of volume this area sends to this practice, it is the only model that will work. I find the vet techs to be extremely knowledgeable, kind, and caring. I am always given treatment options and prices prior to care. We have used other vets in the past and find excellent care at an affordable price here. I use this office for annual care and problem visits. Dr. Robyn and her staff have never let me down.

Friendly service from staff out front and at desk. Didn't get to meet Drs or techs but so far my spayed/ neutered cats seem good. I wish I knew I was to need a roll of gauze to hold cone on their heads I wasn't prepared and the shoelaces I tried didn't work. They could hopefully in the future offer the sale of the gauze or provide it if cost effective for them. The pricing was pretty painless and communication just prior to surgery and day of was good. You have to be patient and wait for the start up a schedule tho. Hopefully cats stay healthy from here on our if surgery ?

I took my 7 month old kitten there and I explained that he had never been to a vet and he was very nervous. Now I can understand that ppl worry bout if a pet is vicious, but my Blu was just scared. Now given all that, yes I was not given much info about his procedure but they did offer a spray I had to pay for to stop him from wanting to lick himself, that did not work lol but that was about my Blu rather than the Vet. I do wish they would be a bit more polite as well as allowed me to go bk with Blu when they did the initial weighting and stuff. It would be less stressful in my opinion if they showed more compassion for us who are worried about leavin our babies for the first time somewhere other than home. But they did the procedure I really wanted with his neutering whereas most other places do not do the way they do. I am plannin on bringing my newest baby but I just hope they are more nice and caring towards myself and my baby. My Blu is now 1 yr old so it's been a few months since I been there. I have recommended them but I also have pointed out the things I feel they could improve on. Even though they are low cost they could use a bit more politeness to the owners and more ways to make the fur babies more comfortable.

After the procedure was done they took very good care of my boy.cant say enough good things about them.they stay booked up so you can't get in same day but totally worth the wait.we don't use anyone else.

Make sure to get an appointment. I didn't, and had to wait 2 hours. I had called prior and was told to come in at 930. But I was informed that walk ins start at 1030. But the staff is great. The prices is AWESOME.I rushed my Sasha in cuz she tore her dew claw. They took her right back, Thank God she didn't have to have surgery. They are the BEST vet in all of dalton ga. The staff is awesome.

Wonderful people who care about your pets needs. They are reasonably priced and kept us informed throughout the time our furbabies were there.
