Optilink provides superb support for customers. My house had a massive power surge that wiped out all of the internet equipment. A technician was here within 30 minutes. He had the equipment needed on his truck and replaced everything. My service was restored right away. Thank you Optilink for great service.

Again Friday night of a long holiday weekend and I cannot get Wifi service on my TV. Must be too many people using the internet. But nobody to remedy the situation.

I recently experienced internet connection issues and the technician, Chris, was dispatched to assist me. I was thoroughly impressed by the efficiency and proficiency with which Chris addressed the problem. He not only resolved the issue swiftly but also maintained a friendly and professional demeanor though out the serivce call.

Never go late on a bill. They are the fastest disconnect in the USA. Will NOT work with a senior during a hardship so as far as I am concerned these people can go to hell.

We had a person come out to help with reconnecting internet. We are experienced with computer issues. The person who was sent out was condescending and treated the women like we are stupid. Very dissappointing to have this type of male going into homes to provide a service.

Switched from Spectrum, hoping this would be faster internet. What a joke it’s super slow and always out. The tv is always searching for service you call them and you get nowhere except a message saying services out.
