Ok once again I don't like leaving bad reviews but sometimes they are necessary. So im broke down in the Walmart parking lot with a bad fuel pump . I call the closest O'Reilly's which is 2.5 miles from my location . Now I'm here with no way to travel to get the fuel pump. So I very kindly ask if it is at all possible for them to deliver said part 2.5 miles to me. I said if you can't deliver it I'll have no choice but to walk to get it . Being as I'm limited on funds to pay for this part $195 and a Uber ride there and back. I said it doesn't have to be now just sometime in your delivery route could you just drop it off. I was told there was no way they could do that , they were short staffed. But when i got there finally there were 5 employees 2 that were just hanging out. So I believe in this instance that a 1 STAR REVIEW IS JUSTIFIED. I will never go back to that location again . Everyone have a nice day?

3er time I came to this store I ask for an item they always show in their computer that they do have the item I wait and wait and for a reason they out of the item. and they offer me other expensive brands. This time I ask for a matching price because the waiting time but he said he can't. For me this is a bad service and tricky service

I came in for a battery and Joseph was very informative, helpful, professional, and respectful. Aside from the battery, I asked for advice on another car part and he suggested several local car repair shops to fit my needs. Thank you Joseph!!!!

I was test driving a car a couple of weeks ago and decided to stop by this O'Reillys to have them check it with their computer because it was acting a little funny. When I walked in Joseph greeted me and asked me how he could help me. I asked him if he could please check my car with the computer he didn't hesitate & got the computer and came out. He checked it and gave me some bad news but was very honest and helpful in making sure I didn't get a crappy car. I've been to other O'Reillys and a few AutoZone's before and anytime you asked him to check your car they seem to get an attitude Like you're bothering them. So thank you Joseph for your help and your great attitude! You definitely deserve a raise.

If you order parts online, don't expect to have the order ready for pickup when the tell you to come.
