“They will work with you and continuously give you chances before moving forward with having to repo your vehicle. My truck was repoed and I still have nothing but positive things to say about the place. The only reason I let my truck get repoed was because the motor had blew up on me (blown gaskets) and I simply couldn't afford the repairs at the time. I stopped by the store while killing time before my daughter’s dance recital, and we ended up having a great conversation about things my daughter enjoys. Ironically, they had a video game I had been searching for, and Mary not only pointed it out to me, but also worked to get me the best price possible.

While she was helping me, I noticed the store also carries brand-new engagement rings, not just pawned jewelry. I’ve been needing to replace my wife’s ring, and after this experience, I’ll absolutely be bringing her back to look through their selection.

As for Mary, if I were making hiring decisions for this company, I’d want someone like her greeting every customer who walks through the door. You can usually sense when someone is relying on pushy sales tactics, but she did the complete opposite.
