“I took my dog Forest this morning for his first grooming experience here. I’m not sure what the girl’s name was that groomed him but he smelled and looked amazing. I had to pay before I was able to see him so I didn’t give a great tip. I didn’t know what to expect so I will do better next time. He did have a very little bit of residue in his ear but they were pretty clean for the most part. I did have to wait over 2 hours to pick him up which was fine but not expected. The only reason for the minus one star is because of these minor issues, but I’m pretty satisfied with the service and plan to hopefully make this my regular grooming spot. Also, one of the girls could have been a little nicer I was walking around the store browsing while waiting for the groomer to get ready for him and she told me they weren’t open yet so I couldn’t pretty much. I just wanted to see what they had I’d never been there.”

“Love this place! Took my corgi here for the 2nd time to get groomed and the lady that groomed him did a wonderful job! Make sure to give the groomers a good tip ☺️!”
“I picked up my fencing order curbside today, a younger Hispanic lady helped me, she was absolutely wonderful. I wish I got her name. It was kind of hard work loading up the fencing and she never complained one bit, just smiled and asked about my dogs. The world needs more associates like her.”

“I can't speak for anyone at the shelter as I have no experience but I work all around Whitfield County and I called them twice last week about dogs and I was back in the same area of one of those dogs today and was SO happy to see they had new bowls and hay for their houses!! It makes their sad living conditions much better.
I've reported neglected animals in multiple counties and they either don't follow up or don't seem to care. Whitfield has been so polite when I call and clearly they follow up for these innocent animals. Thank you!! ❤️”

“😎 Very clean store. Best prices. Fish area extremely clean & well kept. Reflection of good management. Staff is knowledgeable and presentable., No purple or green hair. Very respectable adoption area also. Access to the store is also easy, just off exit 333. My go to store now.”
