I came in asking for the design below and the artist could not do it. I found a simpler design and she couldn’t do that either. Found an even simpler one… couldn't do it. I asked to just paint them all green instead after being in there for an hour and a half. Another worker came by and did these designs as a gesture to help, but again… quite poor work. Once I got to my car and realized how bad it truly was, I asked for a refund. They said they’d re-do it but I’m not sure why they couldn’t competently do it or find someone else to do it while I was there. Refused to give me my money back even after speaking to the manager. I will never go back and everyone else should look elsewhere for a place to go. The paint job looks a week grown own and add some kindergarten level art. I could have done a better job at home for a lot less than $45.

I have been going to PS nails for several months now and off/on for years. This is by far this worst manicure I have ever got. The nail tech( older one with orange toned hair #10) seemed mad that she had to do my nails. I got an acrylic fill in with gel polish. She cut 2 different fingers and then used a random OPI gel polish that she pulled out of a bag not the usual gel polish in the box(I asked for natural) These are my nails 1 day after. It looks like I did not even get my nails done and already needs another fill in. The polish is peeling now... $40 +$15 tip down the drain and on the search for another salon...

I went because you can get in quickly. My tech was a young man. I could tell immediately he had zero motivation to do a pedicure. His effort was low, he barely scrubbed, he talked to the tech next to him, and they would look up at me, so I would look at my friend next to me, talk low and smirk and softly laugh while looking at them. Then, he cute a large unnecessary piece of hang nail that had NOT been bothering me but it is now. When I got up, my toe hit the stool and messed up the paint on one toe. I asked him to fix, he wanted to paint over. I asked to re do . He appeared mad. Really?? He was irritated and it showed. This place was empty today which could have been a red flag, it was like 15 techs waiting for work, while the place down the street was packed. Interesting. Also, this young punk didn't paint to the cuticle. I tipped, regretfully. However, this was the end of my relationship with P S nails.

don't go to the lady at #10. they made my finger bleed and didn't paint them to the cuticle. I don't understand. i don't know if she was new but I didn't like it. and also my feet it was terribly But i guess i paid for services.

Been getting my nail and toes done for years in many different cities this one was in my top 5 ladies was pleasant took time to get what I wanted right the first time the place smells clean not like the normal acetone . I have found my new happy place

I am not one to normally leave reviews especially negative because I understand things happen. HOWEVER, last night I went to just get dip on my nails. When I say this lady was AGGRESSIVE. She cut my cuticle and did not clean the blood. Instead she proceeded to continue to dip my BLOODY finger into the dip powder and brushed the blood into the polish. It is visible on the nail. No, I did not say anything but I shouldn’t have had too. It was completely unsanitary practices. I had been there before and never had any issues but this could not be ignored. I will not be going back.
