Still a great place for Ford service but, somewhat disappointed this time. Not in the staff but in the management. Oh well, not surprised, just disappointed.
Having your spare tire pressure checked with your truck service is only an option if you supply the rod needed to lower the spare tire. The shops are not supplied with the crank necessary to facilitate that procedure.
I was also expecting a complimentary wash with the $1700.00 service invoice but was told, that too has gone by way of the Dodo.

Place is always friendly at the quick lube. Front desk staff are the best. Found another problem, and they got it fixed while we waited.

I have a company vehicle that is part of the ford fleet program so it has to be serviced at a ford dealership. I have been bring the vehicle to Ford of Dalton for over a year now. All of the staff are very professional and friendly. Service is always reasonable and don’t have to wait long.
