Neither of the 2 ATMs at main branch will ever allows me make a deposit using my regions visa debit card..It always says Transaction not available.
I have to assume they have blocked my card because the arms malfunction often and keep my card and don't aaccount my deposit.I have to contact that main brance and have the issue fixed..This has happen more than once in the same year.
Drive across town to the other location,that atm isn't working,sobut I'm waisting my time and gas trying to deposit money into my account...
Is this the best Dalton Georgia regions branches can do? Really?
Got news for you Dalton regions.I'll be filling a formal complaint with regions corporate office first thing Monday.I've had it with you games and lousy atm service.
Your failure to provide service to me has expired.

Worst Customer service ever.It was so bad that I left and went to a different bank to make my transaction. So unnecessary was the this young man's attitude.
