Terrible customer service. Regions blocked my debit/ check card due to suspected fraud. It turned out that there was no fraud committed. While I appreciate Regions being proactive, but I was never notified that this action had been taken. A new card was issued 5 weeks ago and I still have not received it. I do understand that it would take a little longer than usual as I now live in the UK. When I called Regions to inform them that I still had not received the card, the bank representative suggested that I "ask someone from my family or a friend to borrow some money" until I receive my bank card in the mail. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? So unprofessional. I shouldn't have to do that! Again, terrible customer service. I finally wrote a letter requesting that a portionmof my balance be transferred to my bank in the UK.

They were very helpful and answered all my questions. When I had a suspicious transaction they were quick to solve the problem.

Waited over 20+ mins for cashier check, it’s unacceptable. Maybe the tellers need to be more experienced with their system or be more customer oriented. Seems like common occurrence at this branch.

Before I leave this review this has nothing to do with just the Dalton branch.So just beware if you have automated payments or just paying bills monthly online. the bank might not be actually making your payments even though it says processed on your online statement and they take your money out of your account. Just received a notice of nonpayment since March 1st. But all regions says we are sorry there is a new problem with bill pay and we don't know eta on when it will be fixed. We will call you back.

Deposited a check and was told funds would be available the next day. Turns out they put an 11 day hold on the check without informing me. Had I been told there would be that long of a hold placed I would have taken it somewhere and cashed it.

I have to check if it was only me having problems with this branch. I always have problems with this regions. I always do the same thing deposit a check to be available the same day. It’s a regions to regions deposit. They always mess it up. You guys are the reason I’m closing my regions account. It’s always something. And it’s not only me. You should really hear your customers. Worst bank ever

Last week I posted something out of anger. We didn’t get a check cash and I got max at the teller. She was just doing her job and wanted to say sorry and we love ? your bank and people. And anyone needing a great bank with great people need to go to this bank. Thank you regions!!!

Not pleased, i have a pending charge on my account so I went to the bank to have it canceled before it goes through and to keep from over drafting my account. They guy told me they can’t do anything until it process then fails a clam against it on top of that wait 7 to 10 day before I can get my money back.

Staff was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with
