Called and was told they “have my prescription and it should be ready in about 30 minutes”.. I waited an hour, drove here, and gave all my info to the pharmacist only to be told they don’t have the prescription yet. They at least admitted that they made a mistake, but there is no telling what’s going on there if they can’t get the basics right.

Very nice and clean store, Walgreens employees were very helpful with our needs. Parking was not a problem at all, and handicap parking was right by the front doors. What stuck in my mind as walking through the store was how everything was perfect on the racks...

Just spoke with Justin, one of the pharmacists at Walgreens and he went above and beyond what I’m used to in trying to explain why a medication that I have been on for several years is not covered by my new 2020 insurance. Changed from Alliant to Cigna and it has been a nightmare for my family. The point of this review was not to vent but to praise Justin for his exemplary customer service skills. It gave a corporate chain of pharmacies a small town feel. Thanks Justin!!!

Michael is the store manager here. As I walked in to the store I walked to the cosmetics area looking for a lipgloss. All I heard was someone talking about a young lady saying "she's my Kardashian because all she does is sit at the front register with her phone, flipping her hair taking selfies". I continued to peruse as this man continued with "And I have 2 Taylors. One of them you never know what mood she's going to come in with. Sometimes she wants to work and sometimes she doesn't. The other Taylor I had to call HR on. She has really pointed nails and only takes the trash and sets it next to the dumpster, but refuses to put it in. She also refuses to mop the bathroom. She's a diva." He started to keep talking when I called out "Who do you not talk smack about?" The man then came out from the back corner and told me that he was the store manager and could talk about anyone he wanted. He said he was having a private conversation and for me to stop eavesdropping. I told him that he is loud and the whole store can hear him, that I came in to make a purchase and am no longer goi g to spend money in his store. He told me he was explaining to the new employee about other employees. I let him know that all he was doing was talking trash and that he is utterly unprofessional. I then looked at the new employee and told him to be careful that if he talked about all these girls behind their back that he'd do it to him as well. The manager, Michael started yelling at me saying again he's the manager and can say what he wants and for me to mind my business. Walgreens needs to send this "manager" to training or fire him. This is a gross violation of power.

Great place, wouldn't of even known it was here if it wasn't for foursquare!
