My husband and I went in to the Dalton, GA store today to switch our cell phone service to spectrum (we’ve been internet customers for a few years) and were very pleased w our experience! Thomas helped us, and he was very knowledgeable and personable. He made the process as smooth as possible. Thank you, Thomas! You’re great!

Never use spectrum services, they sign you up with a “deal” and encourage you to auto pay so that they can sneakily raise your rates without you realizing you are paying double the agreed monthly rate.

?Terrible service and Spectrum has the worst, most rude and pushy door-to-door sales people. The salesman refused to get off my porch even after being asked leave and remove himself several times. They have harassed my daughter previously by beating on the door over and over, even after she asked them to go away. They literally stood, yelling through my front door, refusing to leave, and trying to coerce her to open it after I directed her not to. She's a minor with a very distinct kid voice and told them her mom told her no several times. ? That's dangerous and garbage behavior from Spectrum employees.

They offered us a fantastic deal,Unfortunately , the service is awful. The internet kept going out. So we called and cancelled on 9/21/23 of this year.They called us in November stating we still owed them money after we called and cancelled. Save your time and money, DO NOT use them

They work extremely hard at selling you a phone, but cannot help with customer service. Seems like they are passing the buck to Google without good explanation.

Went inside to return equipment due to my husband passing. The agent asked what the relation was which is fine but followed up with asking how he died. I shouldn't have to tell you my clearly fresh trauma in front of a store full of people. I do disconnections for a competitor and there is absolutely zero excuse to ask this and it's one of the most insensitive experiences I've ever had. My husband is gone and I owe nobody an explanation of why to close an account.

Very greedy people. They went up on my bill 3 times without so much as letting me know they were going to do it. $85 a month is way to much to pay for Internet service. My visit was to disconnect my service and return my equipment. The little punk behind the counter was very disrespectful and told me I had to pay my bill in full went I disconnected 22 days before the billing cycle ended. I have had a 28 year career in cable and Internet and I would not have it. I will do something else.

It is the worst company I have ever had any dealings with! When I signed up they called 3 and 4 times a day but when I wanted to cancel my cable services had to hold on for 1 and a half hours! I wish there was different cable companies to choose from I would sign up in a heartbeat doesn’t matter if it cost more! SORRY COMPANY!

I called Spectrum because they are my internet provider, and my internet connection was down. I wanted to know why it was down, if they knew how long it would be down, and if it would be down for a while. I asked about a refund for the service that was down because I work from home, and my job requires me to have WiFi. In other words, if I'm not working because my service is down, I'm not getting paid, so I thought a refund would at least help.I was informed that yes, if the service were down for a certain amount of time, Spectrum would give a refund, but during this outage, it wasn't out that long, so no refund was issued.
