All I needed was an alignment after replacing my own suspension components the previous day. Salesperson/manager told me that I needed new camber bolts before they could do the alignment, mind you I had got the camber bolts out the day before with a HAND RATCHET to replace the upper control arms without any issue. He then tried to quote me $561 plus a three hour wait for the bolts. If you do the math that means he was trying to charge $431 to change out two bolts.... Long story short I drove right across the street to Goodyear and got my truck aligned in less than an hour. Do not go here they will try to find a way to scam you into buying things that you do not need. The thought of how many young people or vulnerable women have fell for these practices at this location is disgusting and unethical. I will be calling corporate and I will be trying to find out who the regional manager is to reach out to them.

This is the only place in Dalton I take my vehicles. I've never had any issues from them. At all.

Tyler Fauscette did an Awesome Job with my lift kit and wheel/tire install on my 2016 F150. The alignment was spot on, I send anyone I know needing work done to them. It’s hard to find a good honest alignment guy!
