“I had a great experience using CARSTAR South in Dalton. I was told specifically what needed to be done to repair the damage to my car. The repair was made, the paint is a perfect match, and the price matched the projected quote. Hopefully, I will never need repair to a car again, but if I do, I will return to CARSTAR South”

“Very pleased with the service and repair I just received from Sexton’s Automotive. They fixed a problem that the dealership’s service center couldn’t get right…in less time and a lower cost than the dealership’s failed effort. I won’t be going back to Chattanooga for service again. Sexton’s will be who I turn to for automotive care from here on out. Thank you Sexton’s!”

“I’ve unfortunately had my car in and out of this shop for a half a year at this point, trying to chase down a rattle in my front end that neither I, nor the mechanics can seem to find. That being said, we’ve figured out all the things it’s not; and they confirmed everything is SAFE, that could cause concern; and made me feel confident in driving it again. They’ve thrown me a bone or two on prices probably due to us both being frustrated on trying to figure this out, and didn’t charge me for work they couldn’t do nor did they have me replace parts that didn’t need to be replaced. I’m sure it’s been annoying when I show back up; but as annoying as I’ve been, Brian has shown me nothing but KINDNESS, PATIENCE, UNDERSTANDING, HONESTY and GENUINE CONCERN. Everyone I talk to at that shop seems to hold the same characteristics. All of that goes a very long way for me and I really appreciate everything they’ve done for me. They’re really great people. That’s why the 5 stars and why I trust them with any future projects I may have.”

“I simply want to comment on the performance of one of your employees who identified himself as Ethan. I'm an old guy w/numerous physical disabilities; hence, I needed help in an isolated suburb in Birchwood, TN. New to the neighborhood, I know no one friendly enough to change my tire. Ethan gave me locale updates while en route, seemed quite resourceful, courteous and polite upon arrival and during the event. A true professional contacted by AAA. I've been an employer during my work-life tenure and I would do everything I could to retain such an employee.”

“I personally know the owners of G & L Salvage. They are NOT affiliated with any website, Facebook page, social media account, or anyone selling parts online or over the phone using their name. If you were contacted online, through social media, or by phone claiming to be them, it is a scam. They do NOT sell parts online or take payments over the phone—business is done in person only. Do not send money to anyone claiming to be them unless you are physically at their location.”

“We broke down on our way from Indiana to Florida in Dalton Georgia. It only took approximately 25-30 min for the tow truck driver to find us, whom was very pleasant. Once we got to the service garage the mechanic ordered the part we needed and it was put on within an hour. Very fast service and very respectful. Highly recommend if your ever in a jam....”
