“I called on Monday morning with an issue with my heater and temperature gauge. They said they couldn’t get to it that day, but I could drop it off. I dropped it off about 3pm. By 4pm they told me I had a large leak in my radiator. They had the radiator replaced by 1:30pm the next day and I was set to go. Always happy with how quick and friendly they are.”

“Arevalos Tires went above and beyond when we had to replace my son's transmission. Veronica did an amazing job keeping us informed about any delays or additional issues that came up once the old transmission was removed from the truck. We stopped to get something out of the bed of the truck and they took my husband into the garage and let him see where leaks were, what was damaged that needed replacing as well as answered any questions we had. “I’ve unfortunately had my car in and out of this shop for a half a year at this point, trying to chase down a rattle in my front end that neither I, nor the mechanics can seem to find.
That being said, we’ve figured out all the things it’s not; and they confirmed everything is SAFE, that could cause concern; and made me feel confident in driving it again.They’ve thrown me a bone or two on prices probably due to us both being frustrated on trying to figure this out, and didn’t charge me for work they couldn’t do nor did they have me replace parts that didn’t need to be replaced.
I’m sure it’s been annoying when I show back up; but as annoying as I’ve been, Brian has shown me nothing but KINDNESS, PATIENCE, UNDERSTANDING, HONESTY and GENUINE CONCERN. Everyone I talk to at that shop seems to hold the same characteristics. All of that goes a very long way for me and I really appreciate everything they’ve done for me. They’re really great people. That’s why the 5 stars and why I trust them with any future projects I may have.”
