Mrs Emma is very sweet and kind if u have any concerns she will be the first one to try to help u as much as she can I would recommend this storage to anyone I know and they have very affordable prices on there units and she walks through them all to meet ur needs

This place was a 5 star for me until Thursday, May 24. I spoke w Irma and she said that they could not work w me no longer, my unit will be auction off. I really appreciate her helping and telling the owner to give us a chance. It's been the worst yr. of my families lives. My old man suffers in pain and sick almost everyday. He barely can eat once a day. Weve been together for 22 years. We've struggled for years to make ends meet. Both of my kids are spectrum autistic and diagnosed recently. ALL 4 of us are adhd. Disability is behind and it will be a year in August,weve waited.I've got to have 3 surgeries. I take care of all 4 of my disabled family. I gave her $400 in March. She said we have to have more next month. I said "I don't know how I will have anymore money. This is tax money. I had to by a car, my transmission went out , and 3 other problems. I told her the truth I did not make ANY PROMISES! ANYONE THAT KNOWS ME KNOWS I DONT LIE AND I DONT MAKE PROMISES I CANT KEEP! IM ONE OF THE ONES THATS TO HONEST! IT BREAKS MY HEART FOR MY KIDS! THEY'VE HAD NO CHRISTMAS, NO BIRTHDAY, AND NO EASTER. AND EVEN HALF OF THEIR THINGS WERE STOLEN . MY OL'MAN ALMOST HAS CANCER IN THE ESOPHAGUS , PTSD,DIABETIS AND GOUT! THIS IS PRETTY MUCH EVERYTHING WE GOT IS IN THERE. I TRIED TO GET 580 THIS WEEK, I FELL ILL W FOOD POISON. FIRST TIME I EVER HAD IT. IM GOING TO PRAY AND PRAY! I CALLED CHURCHES AND THEY DONT HELP W STORAGE BUILDINGS! WE DID THE BEST WE COULD TO GET IT IN THERE. ME AND MY SON ONLY HAD A WEEK TO MOVE. THE LANDLORD LIED AND SOLD IT. MY OLE MAN WAS TK SICK TO HELP MUCH. THATS WHAT HAPPEN W SUGAR U GET SICK EASY. MY MOTHER HAD IT AND MY Dad had Epilepsy! God rest their soul!!! PRAISE THE LORD!! Let me add my phone has been cut off today! I didn't think about address on file is old address where I moved from. I've not received a letter. We never updated address.. my old Nan almost died e weeks ago from pneumonia. If he waited one day he would gave been dead. Then he fell when he was released. No one made a report as well. And one of my kids have something very Tramadic going on that's very personal w/ court. Not from anything he's done. Ive had my plate over full these past few months. One thing after another.

The owner is SO SWEET. As long as you communicate she usually works with you if problem arises. Pricing is adequate for the running rates you probably won't find it much cheaper in our area. As long as you pay up to date you don't have to deal with anyone

Only storage facility I use in Dalton. Goode people, Irma is a favorite, and fair prices. Used for a year and a few months this tyme. Also, get my mail here as well.

Located right on Abutment ULockIt Storage is close to everything. I don't usually mention people by name but Miss Erma is a dear lady who will help you with with anything she can. I recommend this place because of her.
