Had the 1” con air flat iron for 30 dollars then argued with us because they had them stocked wrong. The manager was very rude to us and refused to listen.

I went to get my hair updo done by Heather. We put on all the costs on the computer, and the cost was told to me as $47 for a braid and curls. I asked for a hair wash. She said okay and did not mention any extra charges. After everything was done, they charge me $45 for a blow out + 47$ for hairstyle. It was a surprise charge of $92. What is the point of charging for a blowout if I am getting tongs and braids in my hair? On their website, blowout is quoted as $21 as an add-on. Which she should have charged . Why would a hairdresser do a blowout, When that makes the hair all silky, and the tong curls wont stay. The curls were gone even before I left the hair Salon and she had to do it again, and they were again gone within 10 minutes. I spoke to manager about the experience, and she was condescending saying “i dont know where you get your hair done from” When I told her, you can’t charge for blowdry and updo both together. . I went to get ready for a family wedding, and everyone told me that I look like I have a $92 nest on my head. The braid was even lopsided and embarrassing. Attached are photos of what I asked for, and what I got for $92. Also what a blowout addon SHOULD have been IF it had been quoted in the beginning. Very dissapointing experiance, do not recommend.

Would not recommend getting your hair styled at this Ulta. I left more disappointed than I’ve ever been after a salon visit. The stylist didn’t walk me through the full pricing beforehand, and the final cost was far higher than expected.
Not happy at all with the styling either.

Love the store, staff, and products can't stand to shop there because music is way to loud. Would rather listen to elevator music at least that is easy to ignore.

I’m not really a makeup/skin care girly and came with a ton of questions. Every single one was answered and so nicely! From the ladies on the floor, to the ladies behind the counter, everyone was super helpful and the sweetest!!

Briana did my brows and I walked out of there feeling sooooo good about myself. It opened my eyes up and just really tied my whole face together. Not to mention she is an absolute sweetheart! She applied a new foundation to the areas of my makeup that were disrupted from the brow work - then made me a sample to take with me to try out on my whole face. 10000000/10 experience that every woman/man would love!

Made an appointment to get my hair cut and for starters I had my haircut here before and I was satisfied with the results.
I called and made the appointment and they asked if it was me or someone else getting the cut and I said it was me.
I go in at the time I reserved and they tell me they can’t cut my hair cause there was no one who can cut men’s hair. Why accept the appointment and have no one to cut my hair for that time?? Have more than one person who can cut men’s hair.

I like shopping here for men’s cologne. Even though it’s more of a feminine type store, they have quite a variety of stuff for men, too! They don’t increase prices like most stores do, and they usually have the cologne I like in stock. You can even test them out on your skin, and see if you like it. I ended up buying Bad Boy Cobalt, and Le Male Elixir. Both are absolute bangers! I personally didn’t like the Dior Sauvage. I was going to buy it online, but that’s why I like shopping in-person better. You don’t have to deal with shipping stuff back if you don’t like it.

Freida, the hairstylist here, made my hair AN ABSOLUTE DREAM. She listened and did exactly what I wanted and my hair turned out BEAUTIFUL! HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER FOR YOUR HAIRSTYLE NEEDS!!!!!!!!

Went to Ulta and decided to get a couple of things off the 75% off rack. It rang wrong but before I could realize the issue, the transaction had already been rang. Cashier tried processing a refund but it wouldn’t allow with tap to pay. Asked to speak to a manager & the cashier didn’t even begin with the fact that she didn’t catch the error on a yellow ticket & also claimed they had been ringing wrong recently. If that is the case please train them to double check if your systems are not ringing things right so they can catch it before the customer gets over charged almost $40. Posting to make sure when I come back with my card I’m able to get my refund. Manager wouldn’t come up to speak to me but probably didn’t know the whole situation & was busy.

The staff is always super friendly. I am only giving 4 stars because it looks like they lock up most perfume now to include the testers? I tried to look at perfumes the other day and only a select few testers could be reached without an associate unlocking the glass. I ended up leaving without any perfume because I was looking at three and honestly would have needed them to unlock it all again to narrow down my choices and didn’t want to be a bother. I feel like locking up testers defeats the purpose. Maybe secure them like Sephora does so they can still be accessed?
