My car title showed up on my informed delivery on a Wednesday. It’s now Saturday and it still has not been delivered. They say they never saw it, but at this point there is no way it hasn’t made it from Chattanooga yet. I’m sure it fell between the seats or was delivered to the wrong address and they won’t admit it. They also refuse to work with me to find it because the standard mail doesn’t have a tracking number.

They wont deliver Amazon packages to my house. WHAT!?! I just moved to Dalton from Chattanooga, and I guess they don't want to get our of their vehicles.

delivery driver delivers to my neighbors SAME DAY who have the share a drive way with me. and yet my driveway is inaccessible. this is ridiculous i PAID for shipping for it to get here today and now i have to wait until MONDAY and DRIVE TO THE POST OFFICE regardless of how much i paid its absolutely ridiculous that the driver is so lazy that they can't walk right across the way LESS than 100 ft to my porch.

I went into this post office location today at 3:52. The older gentleman behind the counter told me they were closed. Fortunately, I had paid for the postage online and printed my own label so I was able to drop my box in the bin. Everything I’m seeing says they’re open until 5:00, but even if they close at 4:00, it wasn’t 4:00 yet. I didn’t know they could stop taking customers whenever they decide to, regardless of the time.

I was supposed to get this package. Sunday may the 25th i was sitting outside open my door at my apartment when I seen the postman drive up to the mailboxes, but never brought my package to my front door.
I am going to notify the manager at the main office. This is not the first time, not the second, but the third time That this has been done🤬🤬🤬🤬 when I call the main office, I am going to want to know the name of the driver of that carrier.

I've been in there several times and the staff r helpful but, the drivers need work there is no reason for my packages not to be delivered to my door nothing blocks my driveway and there are 2 different turn around spots they can use.

Terrible customer service. there is a white old man works for the customer service, he is very rude and disrespectful person and he is racist also. I think he should be in home because he can't handle the customer service he act like he is respectful but he is not . he is racist and he is very rude and disrespectful with customers and taking for ever 😒

Mailbox barely had anything in it and this gets left in my box. A lot of times I get all of my neighbors mail as well

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, not willing to help and “know more than you do” attitude. Specifically she knew more about where I lived than I did. Go to Office Depot, they are MUCH better.

Worst service ever!!! No one ever answers the phone and my mail is never delivered daily even though i get my photos on my mail on my email!!!! They all want more money and they charge high prices i say do everything you can electronically and shut them down!!!!

I have a package that started out with UPS was transferred to USPS but no USPS tracking number so my package is just GONE. UPS Doesn't know where it is and you can't talk to the USPS without a tracking number. Inefficient is too kind. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
