Phenomenal customer service with Luis!I had the great fortune of reaching Luis at this location when I chose the video chat option for customer support, even though I am in FL. Luis helped navigate a complicated change of plan, addition of new line, and two new phones as wellas porting a number from another carrier. During our call we were disconnected (he promptly called me back); we had to schedule a later afternoon call, and he was in constant contact with me regarding that follow up call, as he was running late at the time we had agreed upon.Even a week later, I had to reach out due to delays with the former carrier on my new line and the release of a phone number, and Luis was just as helpful as ever. He helped me arrange my trade-in drop-offs to a local store, as well as ensure I was getting the new phones with the memory and color I wanted, checking inventory at multiple stores.I can’t say enough—best customer service I have ever received from Verizon.

The associate that I dealt with was rude and I’m personable. I went in to the store to trade in my daughter’s phone, on her 12th birthday, might I add. I paid the extra $30 to have all the data transferred to her new phone. It took over an hour to transfer all the data. I asked if we could go next door to eat while it transferred so she wasn’t spending an hour of her birthday sitting in the store. He wouldn’t let us leave because “our new phone could get stolen.” Meantime, him and 2 other employees were just sitting around on their phones. Good customer service is going above and beyond for a customer, and he could have easily said “sure, I’ll leave it behind the counter for you.” I’ll make sure to go to a different store that has better customer service skills next time.

Didn't get the guy's name who helped me today but he did an awesome job transferring all my data, pics, apps. My old phone didn't won't to cooperate at first but he was patient and got it done. Thank you so much.

I understand having bad days but acting like a customer is a nuisance to you…not cool. There is a better verizon store east of this one down Walnut Ave that has superior customer service compared to this one.

I think the reviews say it all. Yet, it seems corporate takes no action. I have absolutely no idea what the employees purpose are??? They seem to have no understanding of customer service, nor do I hold out any hope they care. I gave them an extra star because if you go to look, they don't bother you. Makes sense, they hated seeing you walk in. In fact, this is a typical experience with Verizon irregardless.They just flat don't care if they resolve issues.

I've had Verizon for nearly over 15 years and have never experienced the level of poor customer service I received at this store. I don't know the name of the associate who helped me but he had an attitude from the minute he walked over to me. I also experienced another employee walk out from the back, look around the room at how many people there were and roll their eyes.I explained to the guy who helped me about what I was needing and it took him several minutes to comprehend what I wanted even though it wasn't that complicated. While he could not help me in store with what I needed, it was his tone and attitude that made the experience so bad. Too bad for him, I was looking to possibly purchase a phone.I left and went down the road to a non-corporate store and received great customer service. While they too suggested I call in, the lady I spoke with was incredibly kind and helpful. She definitely saved a customer because I was about to go to T-Mobile and switch.Apparently this corporate store could really use some additional customer service training based on my experience and other reviews.

I had to go a total of 3 different days and times to finally find someone who knew what they were doing. I was trying to switch my phone from spectrum to Verizon. I had paid my phone off thru spectrum and no one at Verizon knew how to connect my phone to the Verizon towers. Verizon would tell me one thing and when I would call spectrum they would tell me that Verizon was wrong. Finally I on my third trip I got a Verizon employee who understood what I was saying and took the time to listen well enough and to put the time into helping me and between the 2 of us we were able to get it switched over. Although now that it's switched over I wish I had of stayed with spectrum bc I've had nothing but problems out of my phone since I switched to Verizon and good luck getting customer service on the phone to help you with anything. VERIZON'S CUSTOMER SERVICE SUX!!. I am looking into taking my phone and business else where by next month. Thank goodness I didn't sign a contract.

Bought a iPad case that I later found out was double the price. Found same case down the road for half the price. Went back next day to return it and they said the money was returned to my card. Here I am days later with nothing.
