I left MKHP because they, in my opinion, have traded compassion for cash!! Dalton Animal Care consistently proves why they have been in business for so many years. DAC treated all my previous pets and the ONLY reason I was at MKHP was because I adopted this pup from a previous employee of MKHP. I am back at DAC for good!!”
“I've had 3 cats and 1 dog fixed here (my in-laws also used this office for their puppy) and they are amazing. They are a very busy office so be prepared for a little wait, but they move things fairly quickly and were so sweet with all of my animals. Very prompt with communication and paperwork. I only wish we didn't live so far from them so we could use them for regular vet visits and not just surgeries.”

“Dr. Higdon is such a nice guy, and you can tell he is passionate about the animals. Him and the staff have always been very friendly and helpful, and even made time for an appointment even though it was close to closing time, and was all booked up. Overall an amazing place to take your animals.”
“I am very impressed with this practice. I’ve been there twice now. Everyone is nice and helpful. Vet communicates well and interacts with my dogs in a positive way. They are good at multitasking when it has been busy. I much prefer this type of practice- independently owned over the ones that are owned by a corporation.”

“My first experience was negative trying to get an appointment but when I posted a 1 star review here they contacted me and I decided to give them another try. I called them back got an answer and from there the experience was great. I have a cat that is challenging at the vet..bad fear aggression. Meagan was patient with her and let her get used to the sound of her voice and my cat calmed down a bit. She managed to give her the required shots and assured me that if she became ill they could gas her so they could handle her. That eased my mind a great deal as I had been to other vets that told me I better hope she never gets sick because she would be untreatable. My cat got everything she needs for the year and I have a better peace of mind knowing someone else cares about her too in spite of her personality.”

“We’ve been going to zutilla since we got our first dog and now we already have three dogs. Although we moved to Chatsworth we don’t mind driving longer because Zutilla is amazing. All the staffs are pawesome but especially Molly! She’s been with zutilla since we first came and she’s still there until now, hopefully she will stay there forever!”
