Just recently joined Walmart+ for grocery delivery and my FIRST ORDER was missing 9 items. Super sucks. Will be cancelling ASAP

A little difficult to find, Kohls is blocking the main view.
Store was clean, stocked and great pricing. Seemed like there were several clearance sections/end caps.
Been twice. Once for groceries, second for a car battery replacement. Both times had no issues.

It sure is a shame that customer service has changed 2 customers having 2 serv themselvs. I go n2 a store 2 spend my money so I'm sure 2 get what I want and I feel the least they could do is ring the merchandise up n bag it. They expect you 2 ring up and bag everything yourself then wanna pat you down at the door. I have 2 problems with this. #1 I have a job and shouldn't have 2 do their job when I already have 1. As far as I can remember ringing up the purchase and putting it in bags was included in the price. #2 Customers are responsible for checking out there products without any formal training and held accountable if something isnt rite. I bet that when they hire in a new employee for the checkout line they get some type of formal training on how 2 use the register maybe even some testing. I was up front b4 10:30 and they had already closed the regesters yet had multipal employees standing around talking and playing witj their phones. I left $100 - $150 worth of merchandise up front in of all places the Customer Service desk. I put it in the buggy if they can't ring it up 1 of them can put it all back on the shelf. This isn't the first time it's happened and Im sure not the last. The only Walmart location that has worse customer service than this 1 is the Millington Tennessee location. They must have the same regional manager or something. Not sure. As long as ppl keep using self checkout they will keep taking advantage of it no matter how many ppl they make mad or the dishonest ppl that steal from them. They won't end it bc of the money they save on employee labor and who knows what else. The old man would roll over in his grave if he could see what has been done with what he created.

Has always been a good Walmart to visit
Not too crowded usually, never had any problems with staff and prices are good imo
Plenty of parking usually, sometimes a bit too far from the door but something is something
The fresh products they have are always good, the ready food is also good, never had any problems with pick up, deliveries or customer service
So I always leave a 5 star review on the self check out when I go

Bathroom is gross looks like they have never ever cleaned it at all and the garbage cans are always full
